Earthtone9 - Arc Tang Ent
Dearly Beheaded - Temptation
Kill II This - Deviate

All mid to late 90's English bands that were highly underrated. Everyone knows the Megadeth/Testament/Arch Enemy's of this world, but those above records sound fantastic and are full of great tunes.

Who owns/has heard them?

I do have the Dearly Beheaded album. Also saw Kill II This a few times live on the Annihilator tour back then. The guys were nice, just too boring and kinda pretentious. They got killed by Jeff Waters every night!

I loved the earthtone 9 album, but I broke the cd back in 2002 when I dropped it accidently:waah:
Another early Sneap record I like is from Stuck Mojo called Rising, there is even a small photo of him sitting behind a console in the booklet.

I remember buying Obituary's "Dead" album when it came out (before I was into recording music) and droooling over how bad ass it is. I still do!

Another early Sneap record I like is from Stuck Mojo called Rising,

I love Rising too !

I might also add those to the list :

Earth Crisis - Breed the killers (awesome/legendary metal/hardcore, for fans of All Out War, Merauder, Sepultura, Slayer, Hatebreed...)

Cathedral - Caravan Beyond Redemption (awesome/legendary stoner/doom metal, with some crazy psychedelic/catchy/funny/weird stuff inside... for fans of Black Sabbath, Down, Fu Manchu, Spiritual Beggars, Monster Magnet...)

About KillIIthis, Earthtone9 and Dearly Beheaded, i checked them out several times back in the days but they never did for me, and they still not.

Awesome bands!!! Own pretty much all of their back catalogues and had the priviledge to play with all 3 on a fair few occasions back in the day. Good friends with kill2this's singer Phil who now sings in a band called Profane from here in Manchester.

Nope, got the et9 and Kill2This ones.

I was a massive fan of earthtone9 during their heyday and followed the band around quite a ridiculous amount but to be honest in retrospect I think Andy's production was fundamentally wrong for them. They started out working the underground hardcore scene and tried to make it by becoming more commercial. It didn't work. A shame.
