yeah, I had spyware on my laptop at home, and had to install spyware blaster. not problems since.

Jeff - what is this spyware blaster? Is it freeware? I've got adware planted on my PC somewhere, and the homepage on my IE keeps getting overwritten to dodgy yellow pages type sites. The worst thing though are the pop up ads - they can be relentless.

I ran SpyBot, and it cleans the system, but only temporarily. I also have a google toolbar that's supposed to stop ad pop-ups but it really only stops 1 in 3. I can't use anything but IE because it's a work laptop, not a home computer, so I can't install Mozilla.

Help me Obi Wan, you're my only hope.
