To-Mera...nice Symhonic Prog!!!!! Anyone?? Would go pretty well at PPUSA me thinks!!!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE To-Mera!!! I know they are working on a new album right now...plus, they have one foot in the ProgPower door since Tom MacLean was here last year with Haken! To-Mera is definitely on my wish list and they are just a quick little trip across the pond.

Heard their first album when it came out. It didn't really grab me, but I can appreciate the skill in what they are doing.

It does make me scratch my head that they HAVEN'T played ProgPower yet, though, as they are a great fit for the fest, IMO.

Listened to Delusions on the way home today, these guys are such fantastic musicians. I don't think I'll ever grow to like the singer though.

I really like her vocal tone, and the overall quality of her voice. She also does some really difficult things, vocally, in To-Mera. Unfortunately, I'm not at all a fan of the vocal melodies utilized. But like everything else about To-Mera, I appreciate them for the skill required.

If the first album didn't grab you try the second. It's a really solid album. I felt the same about the first album, btw.

The bassist for Haken is also in To-mera.

Correct....Tom is To-mera's guitarist. Also, Richard Henshall is To-mera's keyboardist as well as being Haken's main songwriter and pulling double-duty as guitarist and keyboardist in Haken (along with another dedicated keyboardist and dedicated guitarist). Very talented guys...

To-mera never really grabbed me, but I LOVE, LOVE, *LOVE* both of Haken's CDs. Need to give To-mera another spin or three...
