according to fischer it's pretty much done. the story basically is that they signed the new drummer to a contract that more than likely involved getting 1/3rd of the band ownership or some bullshit, then tom and the drummer got into a fight - martin sides with the drummer so tom "leaves" cf, effectively disbanding them. at least, that's the only plausible explanation for tom being a whiny bitch over it.
