Does anyone know why the lyrics to 'Tomb of insomnia' are not printed in the booklet of Dance of the december souls?

Jonas told me that the lyrics of Tomb of Insomnia aren´t released anywhere because lyrics were made on the spot... He had lyrics to all tracks except for that one, and when it was time to record the vocals for Tomb of Insomnia, he had to write them very spontaneously. Jonas decided to throw away the lyric-paper after the recording just to forget everything...
I guess this should inform enough all of you who´d like to see T.O.I lyrics printed somewhere...
