Inside the City of Glass
I have a question about the clean breakdown of the song that happens at 3:42 in..
first of all... (anders if you could answer this that would be fucking sick) is it played finger or pick?
and secondly ... is there an effect that gets the really fast two sixteenth notes (almost sounds like an echo) that occur after the three note arpeggio? like it goes LA LA LA (lala) LA LA LA (lala) is that an effect? or just really good picking skills?

thank you!!!!!

this is all played by pick. its a delay that creates the intervalls - a classic katatonia signature within the metal scene that we actually lifted from fields of the nephilim.

I had always heard of that band, but I must check them out now.

By the way, are there any album(s) in particular that I should check out. I downloaded The Nephilim and Elizium. Elizium didn't sound like I expected with the delay and reverb, but The Nephilim did. I listened to a couple of tracks, and skimmed through the others.
