Tony Kakko?

I'm mildly curious. Why is there a thanks to Tony Kakko in the swampsong insert?

I've also found it amusing that Tony and Pekka and Antti have last names that are very close to each other. Not to mention both bands are from Finland. I expect, nay demand, to see a Kalmah/Sonata Arctica split cd, or at least a Kakko/Kokko duet with Kokko/Liimatainen on guitars.

I realize that. I'm not a complete nitwit. I'm remarking on the similarity between Kakko and Kokko.
