Whatssssup fellas? I'm recording a pretty sweet band right now and I was wondering if this track has too much bass in it? Most of the time i think yes, but then other times i'll listen to it and think its not bad. Also i'd like to know your opinions on the vocals, mostly how they sound sonic wise, not technique wise or anything. Thanks dudes.

The guitars seem to lack attack, either too much distortion or bad compression. The vocals sound very clean to me (Not much overdrive and RVB/Delay) but that is my opinion / preference, as they seem to protrude awkwardly out of the mix when they are clean and full.

I agree with mitchell. Sounds like its too much dist and it lacks attack. Try to boost where the pick attack is and reduce some gain. The vocals needs more room, sounds like there's no reverb at all almost, and the vocals are too loud. Bring up the wetness!
Otherwise it's good, really solid drums. Could bring the bass down a bit, could clean up the mix a bit.

I totally agree about the distortion. I tried to move things around, added some attack. Tell me what you think now. Without the vocals you can tell how repetitive the song is, geez.

Gujukal, thanks for the compliment on the drums bro. :kickass:
