fuckin damn straight. every once in a while i go through slow periods where i'm not hearing much new stuff and am really apathetic and bored with my collection, but every time i find some cool shit and totally rebound and everything sounds fresh and exciting again...i've been discovering a lot of amazing stuff recently, i actually feel kinda overwhelmed with everything out there too

I basically have to stay away from record stores because my will to resist is so weak. Before I was married with kids, I would always walk out with several albums. Now, I usually can't afford (or can't justify) a single purchase. It's hard to explain to my lovely wife why I needed to buy something when I have nearly 1000 albums sitting here (not counting the stuff from the distro). I really need a new addiction. Any ideas?

That's a little too much for me. I've already got booze, porn, and masturbation (somehow they always all come together...no pun intended). I'd prefer something legal and, if at all possible, non-life-threatening. That takes a lot of the fun out of it but I want to be able to see my children age.
