This is also a festival. They will be sharing the stage with Beastie Boys and Coldplay (shrugs) tickaets are on ticketmaster and I know are around $90 a day but not sure about all 3 days. When more dates are announced I will post thm here.

Yea I know, after this they'll probably break for A Perfect Circle and Maynard's wine for another decade or so.

is that any good don? and i missed out on tool last time they were in aus which pretty much means i wont see them for another 6-7 years

shame on you for missing tool live, biggsy, they are fantastic!

havent heard ashes divide yet, but you cant go wrong with howerdel since he's a very unique guitar player with very simplistic but creative riffs and licks. all im actually curious about is his vocals. let me know what you think if you hear them first

Got the album some time ago. Was exited but ended up just listening to it a few times, now it sits a gathers dust. Very average album with not much to hold on to. Listen to it on line a few times somewhere, not worth your money....

listening now, only a couple of songs in. its pretty catchy. commercial but alright i guess. 'ritual' sort of had some blackfield moments with some keys and softer vocals. worth a listen i think, pretty interesting to see where hes going post APC.

Listen to Lost Keys / Blame Hoffman / Rosetta Stoned in headphones with a good buzz on.

Personally, I think 10k days is their most unique work because it takes all the elements of everything that they have done, and meshes them together. All of their previous albums had their own unique individual sound, and I give kudos to them for trying something different.

P.S. I love your signature.

I don't give a fuck about what people say about negative things regarding Tool, they may not be my most favorite band but their live concerts are unequalled.

Thank you for reading.

unique yeah, as enjoyable not really. i thought there were some great tracks on 10k days but didnt have the tightness of aenima or lateralus. of course no tool album will ever have no bad tracks since they insist on those fucking nothing tracks like ions etc
