Toontrack is refusing a credit card...?

So, I'm trying to buy the Library of the Extreme - Blasts and Fills MIDI pack and it keeps saying, "Payment refused by financial institution - Order number *****"

Now, I know there's at least a few hundred dollars on this card, I just bought an iLok, and that all the information was correct.

Any idea why it's doing this?

No one here knows why your card was declined. Just call the bank.
