What do you guys consider to be the events that hold the shitcake within metal.

The "total fuck up" may refer to godawful relases (not deliberate shit albums, but bands that were trying to create something decent but failed horribly), or a "fuck up" may refer also to some particular change of bands line-up which had disastrous effects. You might also mention some scandals within the metal scene.

So, in general, post total "fuck ups" which consider:
- albums that hold the grand shitcake in metal.
- failed line-up changes.
- shameful events in metal.
