Tour is done...

Bill

I had a great time at the show I was at. One of the early Hi-Lites of 2008 for me so far... it was great to see you and the guys as well as talk to Tim McMurtrie. Without getting too gay about it, I admire ya for taking the time out and touring
just to play the music and see the fans.

Best Regards,

Momo

Thats it? No New Mexico gig anymore on the 31st?? Not that i'm worried, i won't be there to see it

Any chances of an Japan/Australian tour later on Billy??

It was great seeing you guys in Richmond & Baltimore. As always, you guys were awesome. I hope the rest of the tour went well. Get some rest, and take care!

Steve

I don't know how you do it, Billy. I remember your ad for a roadie on this forum a few months back. Sounded like really tough work and an even tougher lifestyle. Still, glad you're doing it, and I hope you'll do it a few more times!

Theres been a rumor going around of an Australian MOD tour, fingers crossed that its true but honestly I dont think it is

I read somewhere on this messageboard that Billy doesn't like getting on planes anymore, so yeah, it probably won't happen.

I know he would want some well needed rest right now from the U.S tour M.O.D. just finished, so maybe in the near future he might shed alittle light on whether M.O.D. would do a tour our way or not.

Except for first class! The Big and the Tall had better have big wallets if they wants to be comfy.

But I suppose that's only fair. Why does the 400 pound fat woman pay the same fare as the midget? With the price of fuels, they oughta have scales at the airport and credit or charge passengers accordingly.

Ahh, but then some hysterical passengers would probably stop eating and drinking days before their flight to save money, and then the airport's emergency medical units would be working overtime trying to rehydrate passengers who lose consciousness while boarding the plane. Huh. No good solution to this problem...

Nothing worse than sitting between two rather large women in economy class on a long flight..

You wait for the flight attendant to walk past, and you put your hand up and say with sad puppy dog eyes "Umm.. Is there any spare seats not taken, that i can move to??" The flight attendant says "NO! Sit there and be quiet!" and mutters wimp under her breath.

Then one of the mack trucks offers you a squashed twinkie, thats probably been resting against her big arse all day from her back pocket, just to cheer you up... Gee, thanks :erk:

That happen to me once on a flight from LAX back to Australia.. 15 hours of torture!

Meh, fuel isn't the issue. It's space. They cram you into seats designed for someone 5'7 and 150 pounds. I'm 6'1 and 250. I am ok if I'm next to someone smaller but if there is another big guy or gal it sucks donkey balls. I do believe that if you can't fit in one seat you should pay for two. If I wanted to park a semi in a garage in the city I would pay more, why should someone's ass be some other story.
