I got mine on eBay, but I know that you can get Morningrise from www.theendrecords.com right now for $15. They used to have the others and will probably re-stock them in the future, especially if you ask them nicely. Hope that helps.

Good luck if you find someone willing to trade that with you, it's worth quite a lot of money. The last time I saw it sold on eBay it wen't for about £80-£100 I think!!

The Burzum/Aske digipack is much more common and worth no-where near as much. But it is missing the original (and better)version of "A Lost Forgotten Sad Spirit".
