I got some decent 3" casters on ebay recently. I'm sure there's a US site called "caster world" or something like that.

I've been wondering this too. Would love to have removable casters on my other cabs, but I'm not so down about paying $80 for them.
Aren't you just trying to replace the bent casters? Or do you need the aluminum mounting plates as well?
Personally, I'd just get the casters from Mesa, as you know they'd fit and save a hassle for $44.
If you want to search out something similar, you could perhaps try grainger. They may have something with the same plate size and thickness that would work. But you might find you're not going to save much...
