Far from being another mimic of La Sanie des Siècles or Folkfuck Folie, Famine brings Peste Noire to new horizons where no Black Metal band has ventured before, yet remaining in typical Kommando Peste Noire fashion. Ballade cuntre lo Anemi Francor is nostalgia of ancient lore and a distant past. If Black Metal had existed in the 60s, this would have been it. Get ready to be pissed off.
