Trent Reznors Tapeworm?

I know Trent and Maynard James Keenan from Tool had a project called Tapeworm goin on, but I cant find thins anywhere.. Did they ever finish it or what?

Not even allmusic.com has any info, other than that the band exists.

Since I'm a fan of both NIN and Tool this could be the only album I need, hehe..

I think it may have been completed years ago. This was a project much like Dave Grohl's Probot project. Somewhere along the way, they may not have gotten clearances from the individual artists record labels to have their artists appear on this album, therefore preventing its release.
