I'm looking at getting some drum triggers for both live and studio use, but mostly just live use. I'm tired of not being able to hear fast double kick runs clearly in my live mix. Anyone have any suggestions or experience?

Thanks in advance dudes.

stay FAR away from ddrum. i've gone through two bass drum triggers on tour (the first i bought and the second was given to me) both i handled delicately in foam and the original plastic case. the first the wires came loose and i would of had to re-solder them and the second one the sound guy unplugged the xlr and the whole piece came out and the wires came un-done with that one too.

Our drummer went through 2 Ddrum kick triggers INSTANTLY. Like, he hooked the first one up, didn't trigger properly, returned it, got replacement, hooked it up, didn't trigger properly, then upon recording the trigger straight to interface, noticed the second one was dead. These were the Redshots.
