Trying to find a song circa 2001.

Bit of a long shot here, but I thought I would try.

Back in 2001/2002 there was a song /music video I remember from Kerrang tv but absolutely cannot remember the band name or song. (Not helpful I know). Because of that I also cannot say for sure if it was metal, or one of the pseudo metal bands around that time.

All I can.provide as a clue is what I think the lyrics were at the end.

The video im sure featured a bald guy ona dark or dark blueish grey background singing something similar to ' so tell me this, tell me this.. NOW!!!'

'Tell me this, tell me this... NOOOOWW!!!.'

Literally as much as I can remember. This has been bugging me for years and I have finally decided to try and solve it.
