I just download from labels and bandpages most often

, yes it was these lyrics( u got it almost right)

How I know it?? Because we have that song/poem in Norway to, of course. I've sung that song since I went to kindergarten! And the lyrics are not very different in Norwegian, just look at this: (okay, you have to forgive me, Djöfull, but I still don't know how to type edd and thorn, so I use 'th')

Viljith tær hoyra kvæthi mitt
>Vilja de høyra kvedet mitt
Viljith tær orthum trúgva
> (Og) Vilja de ordi tru
Um hann Ólav Tryggvasson
>Om han Olav Tryggvasson
Hagar skal ríman snugva
>Skal songen her seg snu

Glymur dansur í höll
>Dansen glyme i halli
Dans sláith i ring
>(Så) Dansa (me) så i ring
Glathir rída Noregs menn
>Glade rida Noregs menn
Til Hildar ting
>Til Hildar ting

I understood most of it, it was fun to sing it in the original language, though I'm not completely sure about the pronounciation. :)

Btw, "lunnar" is big trunks that they'd put the ship on, to roll it down to the sea. "Stevna" - that word has two words in English: stem and stern; in the Scandinavian languages we use the same word for both.

But that song has quite a lot more verses than that, though. I don't know exactly how many, but more than 30, anyway... I don't know that many. :)
