Awesome dude - you'll love it!!! I would swap out the power amp tubes pronto tho - they ship with shitty Chinese tubes. The Chinese preamp tubes are OK but I swapped them out as well.

Yeah I heard both these tones after I bought mine and was blown away. I'm with you wishing I could get close to what Jarkko and Ryan were doing in those mixes.
The depth mod was really the one I wanted to do - it's what Mike Fortin does on all his mods. It really adds some low end to this amp, which IMO is lacking somewhat. For a little bit of coin tho, you can tighten things up with a power tube swap - I've got JJ's in mine now. That said, still can't go wrong with the stock amp - it's great!!!
Once "Santa" gives you your present I'd love to hear the what tone(s) you can get out of it. What cab are you going to run this head into?
