Just judging by the video in the first post. 0:56 to be exact. UNLESS he autotuned the video track. I doubt it though.

But these guys could actually be something if they weren't trying so hard to copy every idea they've seen to succeed.

And for the live video I can't see why they wouldn't just call it a music video. It's nicely shot and everything.

Btw they aren't lying when they say they use backtracks. Here's the backtrack for that live video:
