Just a reminder that Ultimatemetal needs everyone's support to keep operating. They rely on the donations of supporters to pay thier costs, which of course include our website and BB.

I've made personal contributions to UM to help defray the costs of hosting our website, and many of you have also (THANKS!), but UM can always use more support!

I'd just like to remind everyone that if it's possible for you, and you find that you can afford it, please support our big happy Metal family here by sending in whatever donation you can afford, or maybe selecting an item from the UM store. Every little bit helps, and you'll be contributing not only to the support of the IMG, but also supporting UltimateMetal.com, one of the coolest Metal communities on the web!

Is it safe to use a credit card online? I never have but It looks like the only way I can make a donation.
Anyway I'll have to wait for my bill at the end of the month to see how much damage I've already done. Then I'll know if I can donate something for the cause.

I've been using credit cards online for years. Is is just as safe as using it at a dept store.

Thanks Rabies. Now that I think about it, I've had to enter my credit card number in online for internet service before and nothing bad has happened yet. Knock on wood.

I've never been bothered about using it online, but I just make sure first that it's a secure server and a reputable retailer.

I've sent mine in using the card here, so I can vouch for it.
