Hey dudes. Like I said, a lot of my most previous work is just now being released. I wanted you guys to hear this band. They're called The Devastator.


The mix is 100% live tracking as far as guitars and drums go.. Everything was done in 1 take, because we wanted to emmulate a live situation.. And if you've ever seen these guys live, this is pretty accurate!

Sludgy, gross, and br00tlz.


Check it out yo!! I didn't even record DI's for this song! Just straight amp.. Sorta wanted it similar sound to Suicide Silences vibe in "wake up"

Very nice!!! I think the guitars could use a little more brightness, and there's some clipping issues or something going on at times. But other than that it sounds great!! Drums sound killer.

Thanks man! The only spot I could imagine any sort of clipping is during the bass drops, because I didn't add those, they were added by the band after the master was sent. My stuff doesn't clip because I make sure it doesn't! hehe

And at 1:16 i hear a weird choppy sound and it occurs at other times to, probably not clipping but it's something that would bug me in a finished project haha.
