Uncut cymbal samplez

Hay yall.
I forgot about this, but sometime last year when I was out of a job and internet I went through my brother's cymbal bag and sampled all of his cymbals with an MXL 603s, Studio Projects B1, and Audix i5. There's even at least one broken cymbal for realism!

Here's a list of the cymbals:

1. Paiste PST5 Medium Crash 16
2. Paiste PST5 Rock Crash 16
3. Sabian AA Metal-X Crash 16
4. Sabian AA Metal-X Splash 10
5. Sabian B8 Broken CrashRide
6. Sabian B8 HiHats
7. Sabian B8 Medium Ride 20
8. Zildjian Amir Crash 16

I definitely don't have time to cut these up right now - each file is like 3 minutes of me hitting a cymbal with various force.

If anyone wants to cut these up, i will upload.

What I mean is that the way you had it miked produces an undesirable result.

The swing of the cymbal on the stand needs to be compensated for in placement.

i don't even remember how i mic'd these shits.

my original goal was just to create my own samples of my bro's drumset to use as my base sounds for my 'songwriting drums' using shortcircuit in reaper. then i thought about youse guys and just sampled every damn thing. then forgot i even had them lying around!
