Well, as you all who read this forum know, the next episode is a retrospective on James Rivera.

But I thought I would drop in and list some stuff I will be bringing to the studio with me for the next few episodes.

Helloween - something rare (still deciding between three songs)

something with Tony Harnell, either TNT or Starbreaker

Ruffians (feat. the late Carl Albert, was his band before he became vocalist for Vicious Rumors)

Leatherwolf - Behind the Gun from the new World Asylum cd

Abstrakt Algebra (ft. Candlemass members)

Malice - old school

Blue Murder - something from the classic debut

And some other goodies I am going to keep to myself for right now.

indeed, I have some mighty fine choices picked out as well.

For our loyal listeners that hang out here, we are still continuing to work on our anniversary episode, and need some ideas. Was thinking of playing the bands that got us into metal in each stage of our metal life, etc...

Any good ideas?

Evil C, I left a similar idea in one of the other threads for the anniversary episode. Another idea I had was an episode of the bands you first listened to that got you into metal, who were those early influences? Or another idea would be to have each of you pick your 5 or 6 most favorite metal songs from the past year and give a little retrospective of the 1st year of MSR Cast. Anyway, my 2 cents worth.

Ive had this idea for a while now. I want to do an episode where we only play a certain number song from albums. For example, we would only play track 3 from different albums. Something cheesy, sure, but definitely would keep it random as hell.
