Reissues of the first two Disciples of Power albums, Powertrap and Ominous Prophecy, are being reissued soon on vinyl by Blood Harvest Records according to Hart Bachmier. There was also an official CD reissue of the debut last year on Vic Records.

He also says that all of the digital music available online was uploaded by other people so it shouldn't be supported. The current incarnation of the band was also formed without him and he says that he's pursuing litigation against the people involved because he's the only one with actual legal rights to perform under that name.

These are already out but I've noticed some budget reissues of some NWOBHM bands, if you arent looking for originals or japanese shmcds, these might be up your alley. For the money they look pretty decent, imo. They also look better than the couple of these I own of death/thrash bands too, but that may be coincidental.

Tygers of Pan Tang - First Four and a live cd - The MCA Years

These all come in those clamshell boxes and the cds are all in mini lp sleeve replicas. They look nice but they are a bit flimsy.

Btw, if you guys know any more of these do post them, I like to knock out a big chunk of a bands discography with these if the originals arent decently available.

I've got all the King D albs except for The Eye, so I skipped that one. I have the Testament one and Obituary. I didnt have any Testament at all and only had the first two Obituary albums. Awesome way to grab them all quickly.

These also exist for:

Blut Aus Nord (really incomplete though)
Opeth
Deicide
Saxon
Loudness (this one is a really fucking cheapy one though, paper sleeve with all the cds in paper sleeves. no clambox)

Greyhaze Records are doing a triple-threat reissue of The Unholy One : CD, vinyl and cassette.

I'll definitely be taking advantage of this, though apparently it's also being remastered and I wonder at what that means in this context. Hopefully they don't do anything silly.

After the reissue of Sacrilege's "Behind the Realms of Madness", Hammerheart Records now re-releases "Within the Prophecy" and "Turn Back Trilobite" on CD (with bonus tracks) and two different vinyl versions (without bonus tracks). Both are also available in bundles. While the CDs are already available right now, the vinyl versions will follow in February. Here's a full overview of all purchase options:

Not sure, if the remastering is a good thing or not, though as far as I remember "Turn Back Trilobite" had a somewhat muffled sound. Since I already have got the original vinyl versions of both albums as well as a CD containing "Within the Prophecy" (plus "Behind the Realms of Madness"), I'm not sure if the bonus-songs alone justify a purchase. Though thinking about it, a CD-bundle for €19.90 doesn't sound that bad.

Iron Tyrant will be releasing a compilation entitled Necromantic Doom Returns that compiles both Mortuary Drape demos and some live tracks. It will be available on CD and DLP formats.
