After falling asleep, she says she awoke with Ivan's arms around her neck in a jiu-jitsu submission hold. He then repeatedly punched her and choked her with a blanket, she claims in the documents.Moody was arrested for domestic violence in connection with that incident, but the charges were later dropped.Holly has requested financial support financial support, according to TMZ.com, claiming that Ivan earns around $66,000 a month with FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH.Originally from the Denver area, Moody moved back to Colorado after spending time in both Los Angeles and Las Vegas.FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH's sixth full-length album, "Got Your Six", is set for a September 4 release through Prospect Park in North America and Eleven Seven Music outside North America.
