I was thinking of recommending the usual suspects (Spiritual Beggars) but coming home from work, and listening to it, i realized that this:

is one of the absolute uplifting (among others) albums.

Id like to add Arcturus - The Sham Mirrors....most of that album is very uplifting.

I'd say that Wretch is a very uplifting album for me (I'm talking about the Kyuss sort of-debut)
