URS CSP is great, I'd say its my most used plugin. Be warned that the input stages don't saturate anything, they are just EQ curves. If you want saturation go for their saturation plugin haha. I really like their API and neve emulations, and the compressors are awesome too!

FWIW I use the "strip" plugin a bit too, its a great compressor on the drum buss, also the BLT is good value for money.

Thanks Machinated....I need a good compressor for mastering, do you think the Classic Console Strip Pro is good ?

I'd say its a pretty versatile plugin, its great on instruments, busses and for mixing through the 2-bus with. I don't master with it however, although its very versatile so I'm sure it would work fine. I think for the money its a very versatile plugin (student discount=50% off).

you can get great sounds out of the Classic Console Strip Pro, but it's complicated as hell! I've only used it on the master bus.

at least try the demo, see for yourself.
