Question for those with experience of using isocabs onstage:
Given that an isocab will not achieve total isolation and live SPL are so high...
...my thinking is perhaps a thicker box will let in low frequencies a lot, while keeping out mid and highs, and this will unbalance the sound going to the desk.
I'm thinking thinner will provide some reduction, but a more uniform bleed-in, which should work better in the mix.
Does this make sense or am I looking at it the wrong way?
