Is it possible to record Reason 4 sounds directly to the track in a DAW rather than into the sequence in Reason 4? Basically I want to be able to use my MIDI keyboard and add keyboard parts manually over my mix using sounds from Reason.

What DAW? I only know how in Pro Tools and Cubase, so it's it's anything else your going to have to consult the manual about the topic "rewire".
Most likely yes you can. You can use Reason like a virtual instrument. Midi tracks in your Daw can control stuff in Reason.
