Hi

Here's my first thread ever...i've been around on this forum for a while, thanks every one for all the valuable knowledge here:kickass:

I'm using drumagog for a while and i was juste wondering how can i use room sample with it...
Do i need to duplicate a track (let's say snare track with the close mic sample f.e) and apply drumagog as an insert (withe the blend ratio to 100%) on the new duplicate track and mix the two to taste ?
or is it a better way to do it ?

thanks

That method makes sense to me, I would do it like this though... Apply Drumagog as an insert on the main channel and set it to 100%, then set up another channel with that is being fed by the original channel and record Drumagog's output to that channel. That way once it's done, you can take Drumagog off the first channel and free up a ton of your CPU and just use the faders to blend the two signals.

The other way of course is to apply it to the original channel and just use the blend ratio to taste to get the room sample the level you want it.
