I heard only 10 people turned up and you guys got denied playing (again - from what I hear)

yeah that's right. The promoter forgot(!) about the gig, which meant that there was no advertising, plus the rather large door charge of £12 turned quite a few people away.

Vader's tour manager told us that we had to go on after Vader cos he didn't want them on stage at 1am (rock and roll!), but when we saw the amount of people, we just decided not to bother. The bar staff were mopping the floor around us.

That's the third time in a row we've been billed to play with a big band and have been kicked off at the last minute! Arch Enemy and Nile were the other ones.

How did you hear about that out of interest?

A guy I know from wales called Dai told me about it, he was gonna go but couldn't go either or something.

Ah, I know Dai. At least I think he's probably a guy who posts on our forum.

Sorry to hear about the gig-troubles you're having as well, that must be very shit for you.

It's not that bad, only happened a few times, and only ever with big bands.

No gig troubles next week (we hope) we're off on a short tour of Britain.

Yeah, unfortunately Maidenhead is the only Southern gig. We did have a few more, but they fell through.

We plan to do more Southern dates next month.
