Hails, mate. Welcome to Alberta! I live in Edmonton, myself.

Calgary has a decent metal scene, lots of cool bands. The best places to go for gigs are Verns, The Underground, and The Stetson. I'm not sure if you've been around Alberta or Calgary long, but I thought I'd help a brother out a bit.
