Van Canto (or "How Not to Cover Metal")

I havent got a problem with any of them.

If people want to interpret songs of others in an unusual style then so be it.

Its obviously popular they got a bigger audience than most local bands get in the UK.

Well as much as people dont want to say it. It does take some small anount of talent to do what they did here. And be constiant with (thanks to loopa of some sort) Just to put it together does take effort and some of the singing is quite good to be able to make sound as it does. Not my thing but In an odd way I like it

That was unique. I used to have a recording of someone screaming "Ace of Spades" by Motorhead humming the music etc and here in SF there was a singing troupe that did something similar. they didn't have a drummer but ocasionally used a flying V acoustic guitar for some songs but were mostly all vocal. They did "Kashmir" by Zeppelin and the theme to Underdog.
