I've uploaded a movie (almost 14 minutes) that includes footage from both shows, and has both bands (COB feature for the majority though, but Pathogen's performances deserve to be seen) and it includes footage of 'Lake Bodom' which hasn't been played live in a very long time.

Try shortening the filename or something.

I'm d/ling quicktime installer atm, gonna see if it works.

edit: yep got the same error, shortened down the filename and it works.
