Unlike El Dorado, I immediately fell in love with this one. Bruce sounds amazing!! Not keen on the video but then again, I hate all that outer space crap unless it's Red Dwarf (Has anyone actually heard of that show over there.)

I agree Bruce sounds awesome on this song. Wow, looks like it must have been an expensive video. Interesting in that the band does not appear at all. I wonder if that, along with the video game-style special effects, is an effort to appear to a younger audience. An old fart like me, I just like watching footage of the band rather than a "concept" video, but I think it's great that Iron Maiden can appeal to the younger masses--that's why they still sell out stadiums!

I'm exactly the same Kirsten. My favourite video of theirs is actually Holy Smoke - I love fun videos like that more than "arty" videos like this one. I like The Wicker Man loads as well, with just the band performing.

I agree with all of you guys. Am much more in favor of a performance or rehearsal video than this one. But the plus is that the song is very good. \m/

Dunno why they did this - mtv doesn't play videos where the band doesn't appear a certain %-wise in the video. Then again, guess they don't expect mtv to play their video (sad, cuz this video has only got 94 views so far!)

btw: it's not an expensive video. You just buy the assets from an old video game cinematic and change the actors and sound and re-render. Easy profit if you do this for a living. Still not sure about the whole "space" thing.
