"Torn To Pieces", the new video from Grand Rapids, Michigan hard rockers POP EVIL, can be seen below. The clip was helmed by the band's longtime director Johan Carlén. The song deals with the loss of loved ones, something everyone is bound to go through. "Digging up the past can be very difficult," says POP EVIL vocalist Leigh Kakaty. "Losing someone close to you has a healing process, and I choose to do it through this video."Fans have been pouring out their support via an Instagram campaign the band set up last month. POP EVIL encouraged fans to upload their own photos depicting what the song means to them by tagging the photos with #petorntopieces.Since its launch, the collection is ever growing and has far surpassed the band’s expectations. Kakaty says, "It makes me happy that this song is helping people like we hoped it would."POP EVIL has enjoyed quite a bit of success surrounding its latest LP, "Onyx". "Deal With The Devil" is their latest single to go all the way to No. 1 on the Active Rock charts. "Trenches" was the first track on the LP to hit No. 1 and is currently slotted to serve as the theme song for the Pittsburgh Penguins during the upcoming NHL Playoffs. With "Torn To Pieces" quickly creeping up the charts, the band is on the verge of landing three No. 1 singles for the first time in its career. POP EVIL is set to hit the road again, this time on a co-headlining run with ESCAPE THE FATE and labelmates AVATAR and GLAMOUR OF THE KILL. Dates will start on April 30 in St. Louis, Missouri and wrap up on June 1 in Dallas, Texas. POP EVIL will be offering VIP packages for the first time on this run.
