yeah, its just with Phil joining MH things are a little hectic right now. Apparently VIO almost has a deal worked out with whoever is going to put out the CD, and I think Chris Hanson is putting the final touches on the live show if he hasn't already finished.
Not sure if they're being released together.... I've heard that the live CD will be issued with a couple new songs, and EN will be reissued with bonus tracks.
