Don't know if it's the same as the Baltimore show, but I just got my meet and greet info today.
The show starts at 7pm, But we have to form a separate line near the box office no later than 5:30pm which is 1-1/2 hrs before the show starts. A rep from the band will come to you around that time. You must have a photo ID and a printout of your VIP 'ticket purchase confirmation' email.
