Viper is back - With Andre Matos!

Viper just announced it will do a reunion tour in Brazil. Andre Matos is back on board, with most of the original line up!

They will perform both Andre Matos era albums entirely: Theatre of Fate and Soldiers of Sunrise.

Should be pretty cool. The first show has been confirmed: July 1st in São Paulo.

Andre actually plays these two songs at pretty much every single live show he plays. He joined the band when he was 13 years old (15 maybe?). Already an incredibly talented singer back then.

This is awesome news! I've always loved "Theatre Of Fate," and I would love to hear the songs on that album performed live. Of course, I would never expect this to come anywhere in the States. Hell, I'm still trying to get over the fact that Matos couldn't make it to ProgPower X! I'm still keeping my fingers crossed to see him someday.
