Hmm... haven't been here in a while *looks around*, but I'll post.

A new virus which is active is the W32.Sobig.A@mm worm. It's sent from big@boss.com and is sent to the addresses found in certain files.

It has a subject of:
Re: Movies
Re: Sample
Re: Document
or
Re: Here is that sample

and has an attachment of:
Movie_0074.mpeg.pif
Document003.pif t
Untitled1.pif
or
Sample.pif

It attempts to copy itself to different files and sends a message to pagers.icq.com. It's being contained, but is still out there, so be careful.

Just don't open the message.

There's a lotta hoax virus warnings around but this aint one of 'em. Like mousewings says you just need to be careful.

It's a really good anti-virus program and it doesn't jam your computer or that kind of annoying anti-virus-program-habits.
