It's sent from big@boss.com and is sent to the addresses found in certain files.
It has a subject of:

Re: Sample
Re: Document

and has an attachment of:

It attempts to copy itself to different files and sends a message to pagers.icq.com. It's being contained, but is still out there, so be careful.
Just don't open the message. Let this drop after reading it to not clutter up the board. Meep.
