Just a quick "G'day" before I pass out.......

Methinks I should have found my way to this board quite some time ago, but oh well. Anyway, since a 'certain someone' isn't willing to offer her translating services beyond the title and the first line of post (yes, I'm looking at you, miss! ) I'll have to do the rest of this for meself.

Anyway, I hear this is the local 'watering hole' (or nearest finnish equivalent: 'bar' ) around these parts, and that it might be a good idea to ask some folk what's worth seeing/doing in Finland this summer, as I'll be moseying my way on up there around about April this year.

Also hearing little whispers that some folk might be making there way out Finland way from overseas too, just wondering who/when/ and if they were interested in catching up with other like minded folk during their sojourn?

Anyway, I'm not kidding when I say I'm going to pass out soon (lack of sleep sucks. Lots) so I guess I'd better get back here and have a look around again in the mor.....zzzzz..... *THUMP!*

I have to get my arse out the front and complete my Visa App form to send off tomorrow now that I've finally got my passport back! *Phew* And yeah, I thought that what you were saying might mean something to the effect that you were picking up Finnish, but if you're already in Finland..... aren't you leaving it a little bit late!

mind you, spike, the milk in finland tastes like coloured water, so there's really no need for you to go through all the trouble for the milk. some crappy, cheap concentrate of strawberry juice, the kind that you gotta mix with tub water, though, captured all my attention through the whole stay. oh, if i could just go back to the sweetness of that juice!
