The delay on the vox and some of the harmonies are really distracting, which makes your listening centralize more on all the crazy stuff that's going on panning between each ear, than the actual music and singing. I'd try to tone them down by, at the very least, turning the volume down on them.
I liked your voice on it, though I still think I prefer the original, I would've liked a softer approach on the vocals, since yours aren't nearly as raspy as Stapp's. It could just be the delays though, since like I said, I had a hard time focusing on much else - Though, I am listening through headphones at the moment, so the dynamics might be a bit more drastic through them than you intended.
The acoustic could definitely use some fattening up with some delay/reverb. It sounds like it's panned pretty close to center right now?
