Vocal Harmonization

Hello Andy or anybody else,
what do you use for vocal harmonization in metal productions (as for example frequently present on INTO ETERNITY's Album "Buried In Oblivion")? I have a few plug-ins, but they all sound crap.

I can't remember the company but there's one called simply Harmonizer, might be Antares.

Also, i haven't heard the album, are you certain it's a harmonizer? That doesn't sound very "metal"

I use the vocalist doing another track.
Seriously though, you could try the TC Helicon or an eventide harmonizer if you can get your hands on 1. Eventide also has a TDM plug. I've never used any of that stuff though so this isn't really an endorsement. You could also just try emailing into enternity and asking....they might answer.
