vocal samples to add to song

i wanted to somehow find and make some vocal samples with like someone talking crazy like aliens are gona kill them and have it like do some weired stuff while there talking like maybe slow down and speed up and maybe like skip and wieried stuff like this but i have protools and have no idea how to go about something like this.

Please any help would be kind
