Ragnarok is a festival in Scotland (as well as the Norwegian one too!!) at which the Scottish band Black Atom have a chance of performing at!

Some people may have heard of Black Atom, most likely the Scottish PQ fans if anyone, or anyone who's posted on the BLAZE forum will know the singer as Caveman Ninja.

Personally i'd really appreciate anyone who would vote for atom (http://www.myspace.com/blackatom so you can judge their greatness for yourselves), all you have to do is register and then cast your vote, takes only a minute!

Nice one man! I (and i'm sure the band) appreciate it very much! Their album is incredibly good in my opinion, it can be bought from Fat Hippy Records and also the band if you fancy it at any point

Ascension are an Aberdeen band, I have gigged with them and know them from my school...

Anyway, point is why whore them on a PQ board lol? They are as far away from PQ style as you could get and still be metal!!

As for posting here, i just wanted to post everywhere suitable that i post, and thought here wouldn't be too bad a place seeing as there are Scottish folks, and also people here will like more than just power metal i'm sure

Awesome, me too, i've been looking at modes of transport and it's rather pricey! Though i found i can fly from Cardiff to Glasgow for £30 i think, which is very nice. Don't fancy coaches as they take like 8-15 hours, which is a bit long, trains are very pricey and take 6 hours, planes on the whole arn't much more than trains (apart from the Cardiff one which is really cheap!) and take much less time, plus it's more fun
