As opposed to this lame fusion of prog and C level New Wave? Yep. I'll take my Heavy Metal Breakdown, Last In Line, Powerslave, Perfect Strangers, Defenders Of the Faith, See You In Hell, Vices, Rollin' Thunder, Dungeons Are Calling etc over this.

One listen in and enjoying what I have heard. Gotta give it a few more spins before comparing it to the previous albums.

I listened to this one today. I could not just sit listen to this album. It's not one of those kinds of albums. I would have to have in on in the background or while driving or something. It's good music to complement doing other stuff but I don't feel like its strong enough of an album to serve as the focal point of my attention for its entire running time. I guess a big part of it would be that I don't think the lyrics are very interesting. They repeat 2 or 3 word phrases quite a bit.
